Both the Stryker’s Island Alert and the Area 51 Alert give you 5 Marks of Triumph each for completing them not the 6 and 4 that is listed here.
This is a great guide and was very helpful. I’d been grinding through the daily challenges at one MoT per hit plus the freebie you now get from the Vault. Recently started doing some Duos with a buddy for 2 each plus Catwoman. Last night I went into the Area 51 Hard alert and was delighted to receive a bigger splat of MoT for the effort.
Guide correction: Defective OMAC and Hive Box now give a Mark of Triumph each (Marks of Allegiance have been phased out).
Be warned that if you try to delete loot to receive things like Marks of Triumph there is a very good chance that you will be denied due to a pop up or cutscene and the game will freeze
