    I’m down to just the Scarlet Speedster plate which is evidently the rare item in the set. These better be pretty awesome gloves!

      I just added the Scarlet plate along with all of the others in the broker for under 18k

    I eventually had to buy the Scarlet Sandwich Signature Plate from the Broker. Although I found most of this collection (and continue to) in and around the shipyards in Suicide Slums, I do remember finding one just across the water in Chinatown on the sidewalk next to a building.
