    Still confused with the first 2 pics. Where in Metropolis exactly??? Which district and what’s it near??? It looks like the Midtown area near that 4-loop bridge but I’ve circled around the area and haven’t seen a Flash statue or anything.

    I have all briefings except for the 2 in Central city. This sucks. I can’t believe I have to buy the DLC if I want to finish that briefing.

    It is not necessary to finish this brief for the feats, unless you have bought the DLC.

    So the first two are in Central City from a DLC “Lighting Strikes” you have to buy and everything else is some where in Midtown Metropolis? Is that what you are telling me?

    I believe that not only have the DLC pack or be legendary, but also have a CR 53+ toon just to enter Central City to find them

    The First 2 are in Central City. The others are in Gotham and Metropolis. Take a look at the pics, if it’s night then they are at Gotham City.
