   i cant claim any of these. i know where they are and i havent gotten them before but still no luck. its as if i have claimed though i havent. a lot of the briefings in gotham are like this for me. help =/

     Hey I know I’m late lol but I just started doing these and I think it’s because you’re a hero like me, it’s not even listed as one of the briefings we need to complete as one of the feats under general>>collectibles

   (1) and (2) were flip-flopped for me.

   It appears that if you acquired the briefing(s) for “Brainiac’s Incursion” in Metropolis, they will be seen as already found in Gotham. And Vice Versa. So, there’s only one briefing for “Brainiac’s Incursion,” but the (!)s can be found in either city.

   There is a mistake, in the list of locations.

   I found 2 among the buildings, directly behind the, East End Police Station ( also the location of the bat signal ).

   I found a third, in an open parking lot, where citizens are being “captured”. This is also behind the, East End Police Station.

   I found the fourth, and last, at the location marked #4.

   The location viewed for #3, is for Batwoman, in another briefing.
