    #5 is Gotham Hospital Visitor’s Pass.

    The reward, Emblem-Order, looks like a tattoo of a gavel about to strike a sound-block (that round thing the gavel hits to make that WHACK! sound)

    A shout-out goes out to the player “Empress Eve”, who graciously helped me find all this set & the Court Orders one.

    TIP: Look at the tops of the Bottles in South Gotham. There is a good chance they spawn there. If you don’t see them & another player can, it’s a graphics bug.
