These should be easier to find now, with the Radar Enhancer 2-pak item listed in the Marketplace. Activate one (15 min duration) & all the briefs, investigations & Collections on that map should pop. Unknown if they vanish form the radar after claiming each one.
Addendum: Yes, once claimed the mark vanishes from your mini-map.

No 7 is actually in the location you have listed for No 9 and vice versa
While I don’t have any screen shots, #1-3 (Gas Pellets, Rebreather, Night Vision Lenses) are in Batcave: Outer Caverns. They are tricky to find, but with the new Radar Enhancers, it should be a little less difficult.
Or you could just make use of your eyes and ears and both *look* for them and listen for the distinctive sound. I just grabbed them in Outer, and the only reason I bothered checking here was to make sure that there were just the three and I wasn’t missing the rest of the set there. (annoying how this is split across multiple group things. :-/)
