-In the lobby, just above on the platform, you have to look to the direction of the starting point.
-(Fear Side) Near the 6th of the 7 things you deactivate.
-(Fear Side) Behind the big boss room. Do not go in, go around (left side I think) Should be ground level.
-(Will Side) Secret Room where you pass through the left door with debris of the first big room on Will side.
Note: you have to look for Star Lab Briefs as you go thru the alert. Once you complete the alert you are locked out of some areas

correction, it is in STAR LABS…all the way up on top of the spawn point (on top of the roof-ish)
the first one is right before you go onto ferris air craft in coast city, if u look at the ferris aircraft sign, it’s on the right side (if your facing the sign before you go in) of the divider, and turn around
The first one is at Coastal City it Combat rating has to be at 53

These should be easier to find now, with the Radar Enhancer 2-pak item listed in the Marketplace. Activate one (15 min duration) & all the briefs, investigations & Collections on that map should pop. Unknown if they vanish form the radar after claiming each one.

So far, of this set, I have the following: Charles, Vicki Vale, Hal Jordan, Lois Lane, Martin Jordan & Lyssa Drak. I just need the locations & names of the last two, if anyone knows them. Now that we know what the Reward is, I want to go after it!

Update; I was able to get the last 3 Briefs in this set only by sheer luck. One was hidden & I only found it when I went the wrong way. I recommend you having someone on your team who knows where they all are & can show you. The last one is hardest to find, because it is in the 2nd room of the foyer entrance, as high up on a scaffolding as you can fly. The Radar Enhancers may not be of much help, they show EVERY briefing & investigation on your mini-map (but not on the full map), even if you’re already picked it up. Note that when you leave that Foyer for the rest of the Alert, it will be cut off unless you can see the Rally Point there on your Main Map & use Warp Rally.
And Yes, the Reward is the Guy Gardner-style vest (Chest).

Where did you find the kilowog briefing? And btw the briefing in star labs where they say is on the fear side located before the boss room is an investigation. And so is the briefing they also said was located in coast city behind start is also an investigation.

Nvm took months but the 4th brief (Sinestro) is in the first room after the hallway of will side. Left side of the door to exit that room, there is another door next too it, its blocked close by a sloped pillar debris. The door is cracked open at the top so you can just go over the door into the secret room behind it, really the only one that is hidden. and only found it by hearing it while i was locked out of the secound room where group was. Luck? :/

I just completed the Blues and the item I got was a Star Labs Helmet level 53 puprle item. I’m a villain. Sooooooooooo did NOT get Guy Gardner. Needs to be updated.
Can someone give details as to where the third briefing (kilowog) might be located at? I’ve searched everywhere but I can’t seem to find it. I’ve gotten all the ones in the hidden locations but I just can’t find that specific one.
It’s located behind the room where you fight the Scion of Fear.
I can honestly say that this listing is inaccurate. There are only three briefings in Coast City and five in Star Labs.

You’re probably talking about the investigation. There is no briefing there.
5th briefing in STAR Labs: Located within the tube right before the room with the Scion of Will (There should be an opening on the left side of the tube).

Sinestro is incorrect. I have the brief from the exact screen shot and it is not Sinestro. Sorry I was super rushed trying to collect these while attempting to keep up with the group.

Guy Garnder Vest is meant for the hero side while Evil Star Helmet is for the villain side. You can get the vest as a rare drop from Guy Gardner in the Oan Sciencells as villain.
To fine the 4th Brief, go to Star Labs Research Center. Go to the room just past the Particle Collider room. GO STRAIGHT where you see a large beam has fallen(in front of a large door). There is a glitch at the bottom left corner of the door where you WALK THROUGH THE DOOR. The 4th is in this small secret room.
