I don’t think Heroes can enter Gotham Mercy Hospital. Because of this, I can’t get the LAST (?) I need in Gotham. How are you supposed to get the Darkrime Icicle as a hero?

I found it. Go north from the hospital, near the water. There is a monorail boarding platform. It’s on there.

Need help with the final one. I think it is Ornately Carved Icicle. Can anyone help with directions. Can’t seem to find this building (using PS3)
There are 2 on the hospital itself.
One is by the rounded part (the bit with the roof lights that are on). I think this is number 4 in the set
The other (and the last in the set) is round to the right of this behind the water tower.
If you look at the rounded wall and follow it right you’ll see the water butt from the screenshot.
