- Evil Genius comments: All pieces of this investigation can be found in two instances that you get access to as Villain with Joker as a mentor at level 30. The instance names are “T.O. Morrow’s Hideout” and “Gotham STAR Labs” (this one is actually made out of three portions – entrance to STAR labs, STAR labs satellite portion and at the end Arkham Asylum portion where you fight robot Joker). As far as I know other villains can access these instances if another villain with Joker mentor takes them there. I have no clue if Heroes can enter these instances. Please correct me if I am wrong.

You do not need anyone to take you there, just find it on the gotham map and go there.
For Heroes: It’s the Batman Mentor lvl 30 mission as well. And I think only the STAR Labs teleporter portion can be found, the first half of the mission I think requires someone with the mission active.
These missions can no be accessed by anyone know, the door for T.O. Morrows lab is near the starting point for Catwomens mission contact and the Star Labs mission is accessed via the Star Labs building.
