If you follow the eastern shore, on the northern corner, you will find a small park and fountain, jutting out into the water. The last piece is next to the fountain.

if you collect both university collection(gotham,metropolis) you get the gadgeet chest
it didnt for me or do i need wait for a while
These are briefings you get gadgeteer chest for the two collections
I collected University of Gotham and Metropolis Breifings and I didn’t get Gadgeeter Chest.
You have to do Gotham,Metropolis university collection to get the gadgteer chest :DLOL

just a tip on an easy way to get collections. go to the broker in your hideout (watchtower for heroes, hall of doom for villans) and do the following:
filter the items to only collections by selecting “collections” to the right
change the arrange of the items from “name assending” to “price assending”
go down the list holding the button that shows the item information (triangle for PS3 players) until you find one that says “not yet collected” in green letter
write down the name of that item so you do not buy 2 by mistake
continue doing this until you can no longer afford anymore
do missions or sell things to earn money
repeat
this really works, i bought 20 collection items for under $5000
The blue sign in number 3: Metas doesn’t appear to me.
I’ve collected all GSUs and Met Us collections and no gadgeteer chest style. How come no one has replied with a reason as to why this happens?
It’s because these are screenshots for the briefings, not the collections.
Getting these doesn’t reward the chest you’re looking for.
The collection, however, does. Problem is the collection parts are random drops from collection nodes all over the cities so good luck.
I’m a late comer to both this site and to the game as well but when I go to get the Meta briefing, it’s not there.
