    I found the plant shoulder collection in Little Bohemia (to narrow it down)

    They need to fix this, the plant shoulders is for completing BOTH fans collection, the Falcone Glasses is the stand alone reward for this collection.

      The Mega Collection does for doing both Gotham and Metropolis fans, however just the Metropolis Fans collection has the Plant shoulder style as a reward.

    I have found every fan except the sharks pennant so if any kind soul has it spare my character is Ensnare on the ps3
