DCUO Server Hotfix on February 28th

During the regular server restarts last night, there was a small hotfix which addresses the following changes to the game:
 
Collections

• The Valentine’s Day collections will no longer be rewarded.
• Adjusted the spawn location of a collection in the Suicide Slums district of Metropolis so it would no longer appear inside a building.

Items

• The Playhouse Accent Table will now properly have a chance to drop off tier 1 Challenge bosses.

PvP

• Lair Battles PvP Arena: Increased the delay before Lair Battles begin from 5 to 15 seconds.
