I didn’t found points 1 & 4, Im a Joker’s villain.
Point 1 is no longer for this briefing. This is now for a 1 of 12 lex corp briefing
#1 is indeed there (as of 06/01/13). Villain side. The ledge just above the billboard. On the side opposite the water. You might want to fly in close to the spot, since sometimes I notice the “!” icons won’t materialize unless you get closer to it.
Point one is correct, but depending on ur settings, connection speed and platform it may take a while to appear. I thought it was wrong at first and circled around the building. Second time it was there.
