I found the Waynetech Tachymeter Watch it close the diamond district gcpd station head toward back of the station about two blocks it should be between two building that say restaurant

any one find Stainless Steel Waynetech Watch?
Haven’t found it yet been searching those area for the longest still no sign of it yet
finally got the Stainless Steel Waynetech Watch but it didnt register on the collections page still shows i need Stainless Steel Waynetech Watch 🙁 fucking dcuo bugs, cant get it now waited for it to respawn but says iv already got that one 🙁

I can never find the rose with the twinkles for Stainless steel is there like a certain time you gotta wait or wut?
I bet its bugged or something in a recent patch. Seems like most ppl say they got it in beta or early game. Don’t see much since then?
I found the one in the picture in front of the movies that is falt to the ground with the rose twinkles and guees wut it gave me a tac. watch dude i was so pissed
Me and a buddy have been checking every hour for twelve hours a day for a month on relentless ps3 server and have found no stainless steel. I strongly suspect its bugged on this server, also we have found alot of collections that are on their side, like the watch is suppose to be, that also makes me think its bugged.

Hey everyone if you guys want stainless steel watch then look towards east end gotham sewer location( its on map) then look to your left or right there should be a fence on one side above that fence a ? thing should be there yes it is floating.
um im not sure how many of you idiots noticed but “watches” is not spelled “wathes” seriously need change the header….if you cant get it right wtf makes you a genius ??
Found the Tachymeter Watch multiple times. First time on top of the old Waynetech building, other two times near crime alley. Have never found one of the rose orbs.
Keep in mind that for item collections are different than briefings and investigations. Most pages for collection on this site do not have screenshots because there are no guaranteed set locations. There is an area that the icon will appear, but what you receive from it is random. Also there is a delay of roughly 5-10 minutes before it will respawn after being collected by a player, as well as a limit of how many will be active at the same time in an given district. It’s very well possible for there to be no orbs in an area for 5ish minutes if all of them were picked up around the same time.
So, when do these “twinkle” roses appear?
