   I notice that the reward for both this and the Watchtower collections is the Prince Ulgo helmet. Wasn’t this one show as the Sailor’s Boots previously?

   What sucks is that if you’re a villain, you can’t get the Watchtower collections. Same thing if you’re a hero, you can’t get the Hall of Doom collections. Well u can buy them through the broker. The only problem is that the player over price them. I saw a Hall of Doom collection that a player wanted $999,999 in in-game money. Being only a premium player, I’m only allowed to carry and use $2,000 so it’s impossible for someone like me to get it. It’s so frustrating!

     There’s a very simple way to get this collection if you are a hero. Create a villain and collect them with that character. Then put them in your shared bank so that your hero can take them. The people who are selling them in the broker on the hero side got them doing the same thing. It works the same way for villains to get the Watchtower collection. Create a hero.
