- On a bridge near Ace Chemicals

- Diamond Heist Vendor (Weapon Vendor, not Quest Giver)
- West of Diamond Heist Vendor at edge of water near the single story building.

Captain Boomerang
Location: Gotham, Diamond District.
- In front of the Amusement Mile entrance sign.
- South West of Amusement mile near the water (Immediately west of hero respawn pt)

Location: Gotham, Otisburg.
- North of “The Greenhouse” inbewteen two buildings (Alleyway)
- West of “The Greenhouse” in lot in front of Doctor NPC.

Location: Metropolis, Chinatown.
- West and slightly South of Chinatown PD
- One Block east of Chinatown PD in an alley
- South (to the coast) and a bit west of Chinatown PD near T-Shaped building
- South (to the coast) and a bit west of Chinatown PD – Across from Strykers.
