All Access is a game pass (subscription) that grants access to SOE games: the DC Universe Online, EverQuest, EverQuest II and Vanguard through your Station Account. You also get premium access to free-to-play titles like Star Wars Galaxies, EQ2X, Free Realms, and Pirates of the Burning Sea. This means that you have one login that you can use across all included games. You pay a recurring fee for this game pass and, in some cases, also need to buy the game software.
After a full week of crashes, DCUO team finally announced that these issues are resolved:

From Thursday, June 16, 2011, at 12:00:01 a.m. PDT, through Tuesday, June 28, 2011, at 11:59 p.m. PDT, SOE will host the official SOE Fan Faire – Backstage Blogger Contest, in which bloggers can use video and written submissions to show us how much they like their favorite SOE Games.
At the end of the contest, up to four winners will be selected as Backstage Bloggers! Backstage Bloggers will be awarded one Sony Bloggie Touch Camera Kit, one Fan Faire All-Access Pass, and special access to post their video and written blogs on the SOE Station Blog throughout Fan Faire.
Winners will be responsible for their own travel, accommodations, and other related expenses. Fan Faire attendance for all three days and participation is required for contest eligibility.
Winners will be notified on or around July 1, 2011, and announced during Fan Faire!

I just wanted to take a minute here to explain what is happening with DCUO on the PS3. Although the hot fix today lowered the number of crashes by a great deal, there are obviously still problems. The crash that the great majority of folks are facing is an Out Of Memory error (OOM for engineer short hand). Quite simply the game gets into a state where it requires more memory and there is no more to give. On the PS3 (or any game console) that results in an immediate crash or ‘Freeze’.
This is unfortunately a very hard error to fix since it is usually situational. Meaning that you need the right combination of things going on around you at the right moment in time to trigger the fault. We cannot create in house the same conditions that thousands of players online can so we have to make guesses about where the issues lie and try and find a solution. We have obviously not guessed them all.
None of this is meant as an excuse. I know you guys just want to play and for us to fix our game. We are still here working to make sure that happens.DeadMeat

For those who are looking for Depths of Arkham Collection, Xionsmith, Vobe and Electric have made a map of all of the spawn points that they have found so far.
Collections only spawn one at a time on the Island, and there are about 4 spots were it can spawn underwater at the treatment plant. The spawn time is about 10 minutes.
Like so many people I found the Class A Exoskeletal System was far and away the hardest collection bit to find. Not only is it very rare it’s also in the Tomorrow District, a freaking maze of tall buildings that could have collection bits anywhere along their height including the rooftops.
So I started making a map. The below map shows every collection spawn I found in over 30 hours of searcyhing the Tomorrow District. A circle means the collection spawn was high up, on a roof or high ledge. A square means the collection spawn was down low, on the ground or a first/second story roof or awning. I hope this is helpful to anyone else searching the Tomorrow District for rare collection bits…
